LOYAL TO THE END

Greetings to one and to all. Today is a beautiful day, and if you are indeed alive, you can attest to the simple truth that it is good to be alive. With that out of the way, I would like to get down to the meat of the matter. The matter of loyalty as it directly relates to friendship is weighing heavily upon me. 
A true friend is very scarce. They are more valuable than their weight in gold and precious stones. Many of us have hoards of acquaintance, whom we call friends, and so misuse the noble word "friend." First let us define what a friend is. According to the World English Dictionary here are a few definitions.
1.  a person known well to another and regarded with liking, affection, and loyalty; an intimate
2. an acquaintance or associate
3. an ally in a fight or cause; supporter 
The value that is found in friendship is often the result of a friend demonstrating the following on a consistent basis: tendency to desire what is best for the other, sympathy and empathy, honesty, trust, mutual understanding and compassion, and positive reciprocity. 
Now, I urge you take a moment to pause for a brief assessment. Consider all the people you know, including the ones you call "friends," and compare their qualities/actions to those I have just listed. As you will discover, you have far fewer "friends" than you thought. Good people, one thing is for certain; it is impossible to be a true friend without loyalty. Loyalty is something that can't be bought at any price. It is something that comes from deep within the heart. Very few know of loyalty, and show loyalty while many do not have the slightest inkling of what loyalty means. Loyalty means standing by your "friend," or loved one in the midst of calamity. It means supporting them to best of your mortal ability when they need you. It means taking a stand with them on issues they feel strongly about. It means never giving up on them regardless of how many times they fail you. It means not just pretending to be someones friend to milk them for their "goods" and then leaving when you have bled them dry. That's just using someone and people do it everyday. Cleverly, they disguise themselves as friends to get close enough to you to snatch what you have. Then they up and leave. Be VERY wary of this type. For this reason it often takes me many years to establish a friend. I have to be certain that anyone in my life is there with the best of well to do intentions, and above all, that they are truly loyal. This, good people, is what money can never buy. I have spent many years searching for those "friends" from past times only to discover that they were never my friends in the first place. It finally occurred to me that if someone is absent in your life, there is a definite, purposeful reason behind their removal. I had to learn the hard way to accept this as for the better. So you ask why would I search for those who were disloyal to me? Well, at one point these "associates" were whom I considered to be good "friends." I thought I could recapture the essence of what was before. They never showed any signs of treachery or backstabbing, however, time revealed their true identities to be false. I am thankful each day to God for the TRUE friends that he has placed in my life. Once again you ask how do I know these to be true? They have remained even when the others disappeared and faded away. Take a moment to consider all those who have left out of your life. Also, take a moment to think about who NEVER left, and who still remains. There is a difference right? Right away you were probably able to determine your true "friends." You know, the loyal ones. There is a valuable lesson to be learned in all this. First of all, take it from me. Don't waste your time looking for a person(s) who isn't looking for you. If you were important enough to them, they would be trying to find you as well. Don't worry about those who are no longer in your life; they were removed for a reason and it should be this way. The past is indeed the past, so there is a reason it did not last. With true friends you won't have to force them, or beg them to practice loyalty. It will come naturally for them. The relationship won't be forced either. If you are having to force anything, I would venture to say that it most likely isn't meant to be. Value your true "friends." Forget about the ones who aren't true. No day is promised to any of us, so we should use our time carefully to nurture and pour into those lives of our friends. You should probably be able to count your "true" friends on one or both hands, and that's pushing it. If you have more than that, you're probably just naming "associates." Lets just be honest, no one knows that many loyal people but plenty of us have associates. I can certainly count my true friends with little more than one hand. They know who they are. It is very likely that it is you reading this blog. Pat yourself on the back because I appreciate and respect you. You can rest assured that I am that loyal friend, and hopefully one that you counted on your list. Here is what the Word of God has to say about loyalty. 
Proverbs 27:10 Do not forsake your own friend or your father's friend, And do not go to your brother's house in the day of your calamity ; Better is a neighbor who is near than a brother far away.
Proverbs 18:24 A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
Proverbs 17:17 A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.
Matthew 18:15 If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. 
John 15: 13 Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.

It is sad but true that I am closer with some non-blood friends than I am with much of my blood related family. Funny how life works right? Even the Bible confirms the value of a true friend in Proverbs 27:10.
In closing I would like to state that my greatest friend is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The fact that he has already laid down his life to pay the price for my sins (something my earthly friends could never do) is the greatest example of loyalty/love that I have to offer. I don't mean that my friends now wouldn't risk their life for my own, or that I wouldn't do the same for them. I simply mean we haven't and so Christ has already beaten us to the punch according to John 15:13. When others have failed me Jesus has been there to console me. When I have turned away from him, he forgave me over and over, inviting me back to Him each time with open arms. With earthly acquaintances you may only have to cross them once for them to disown you forever.  HE has offered me an ear for listening when no one else would. He has been there through every battle I have faced, when often so-called friends have left me to stand alone. He has NEVER let me down, or failed me. Oh did I mention he paid the price for my sins (meaning EVERY evil deed I have done or will do)?
This good people is loyalty that money can't buy. This is a true friend that money could never buy. When I think about what makes a good friend, I look at Jesus for the perfect example. True enough, my earthly friends are not perfect (as I am not) however, as true friends we should aspire to possess the qualities/standards set by Christ (our perfect example). This is the only way we can be assured that we are worthy of, and living up to the honorable title of "friend."

Calamity

What's the point of being worthless on the surface if you're still drowning?

I'm serious just like a doctor, but you're still clowning.
Its been a while since I been on the edge,
My tummy grumbling because I'm hungry but I'll never beg.

I keep my eyes towards the sky, watching the time fly,
No THC in my system, just a spiritual high.

I'm the exception to the rule, because being cool will often get you killed.
I play the field but oil drills keep the blood spilled.

My perception of reality is just a dream.
What that means is that the picture isn't what it seems.

I see pollution and recycling to try to change.

They say the earth is "warming up," I think its kinda strange.

The bloodlines that are royal only interbreed,

To keep the wealth within the family which equals greed.

So I speed through this life without a single worry.

We're racing fast towards the grave, living in a hurry.

Love Part 2


So, today I feel compelled to continue on the subject of love, which was the main message behind my previous post. The Word of God covers a lot of different topics but focuses heavily on love. I spoke about love, or rather lack of love in my post titled "Good News," because I felt that the drastically declining state of our world was  driven by lack of love. If there is one thing this world could use more of it is love. Right now there is more hatred than anything else, evidenced by the selfish rich (who leave to poor to starve), the numerous wars between nations (I call murder for profit), the ongoing racism (which Obama's election only helped to fuel), and the list goes on...Sadly enough, even though the cure for all this is easily within reach, so few of even know where to find the answer. If we all lived by God's commandments and His Word we would see majority of the problems we face disintegrate. But, we don't love God so we do not keep his commandments. Look at different things that would be solved simply by obeying. War involves murder right? Well that's commandment number 6 (as stated in the book of Exodus Chapter 20). We are not supposed to steal right? Commandment number 8 says we shall not steal. That means not stealing no matter how big or small or what it is that you're stealing. Surely the rich can take partial responsibility in the stealing that goes on right? If they gave out the abundance that they have to those who are in need, instead of hoarding more for themselves, don't you think there would be at least some decline in stealing? Oh and what about commandment number 1 which states "You shall have no other Gods before me?" Well don't you think the millions who serve and worship entertainers/celebrities are in violation of this? We love our entertainment but not God. Some people are so convinced that Beyonce is without question a flawless and well meaning person, that you couldn't convince them otherwise even with a gun to their heads. To them she is their god. They worship her. And while they continue to suffer in poverty she steadily to rake in excess of 80 million dollars annually off of her worshippers concert tickets. And to think these people are so brainwashed as to believe that she cares for them. Wake up! Love people! If there was love we could eradicate all of these issues. Love for God is as simple as this, obey his commandments. Yes, its actually that simple. Surely, if we loved God we would love one another right? Let's take a look at a few scriptural references.
1st John 4:8 "He who does not love does not know God, For God is love."
Romans 12:10-11 "Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another, not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord."
Romans 13:8 "Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law."
John 14:15 "If you love Me, Keep My commandments."
Deuteronomy 6:5 "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength."
Psalms 145:20 The Lord preserves all who love Him, But all the wicked He will destroy."
1 John 4:18 "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment."
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." (Scriptures from NKJV)

Those are only a few scriptures that cover the topic of love. Clearly we can see that this is of great importance to God. I have tried recently to meditate on these scriptures and put them into practice. Inspired by a simple Sunday morning question from the preacher and an urging from the Holy Spirit, I have recently began asking complete strangers (male and female unbiased towards race or age) "has someone told you that they love you today?" If they respond "no" (which is more often than not) then I reply "well I love you, I do." You should see the way their faces light up with joy at the thought that they are loved. It is an amazing spectacle to behold. Who am I but an ordinary man? I simply have compassion for others because I know they face the same cruel obstacles in the world that I do every day. So often I find that people are suffering from lack of love. I don't have much to give, but I give what I can. A simple "I love you" can change someones perspective, alter their mood, and lift a broken spirit. I make it a goal to do this every time I leave my home. To touch someones life with a few heartfelt words. I don't get anything in return, nor do I want anything. My joy comes from knowing that I have obeyed the commandments of God to love others, to be kind, and to reach out to those hurting. I urge you, my friend, to practice love like you never have before. You never know just the impact you might have in this world. As always Truth is Freedom, Knowledge is Power!

Good News

Today is the best day of your life because it is today! Yesterday is gone forever and tomorrow may never come. Today is all you have so make the best of it. I have learned to value the precious gift of today, more-so than ever. We live in perilous times where death runs rampant, wielding his vicious sickle with deadly precision. Still, in these dark times there is good news. There are good things happening despite the constant bombardment of negative reports we face daily. There is a light that shines in all this darkness and that light is Jesus Christ. We'll get there shortly, but first let us not forget that life is to be cherished. My days of carelessness are fleeting more swiftly than ever with the realization that tomorrow is not promised. Think about that for a minute. Oh, how I long to recoup the seconds I have squandered away. This realization, however, did not invite melancholy. Instead it brought me joy and the ability to value each day for what it is really worth; priceless. It also occurred to me that I need to live each day with a definitive purpose. No, I don't mean having everything planned. Besides, what is more exciting than spontaneity? What I do mean is not wasting our time. Once its gone there is no turning back. So you might have wondered what is the purpose of this blog...In truth, this blog is nothing more than the out cry of one man in an attempt to reach his fellow man/woman. I do not have all the answers. I am NOT a conspiracy theorist, but I do have enough sense to know everything is NOT as it seems. I know very little compared to what there is to know, but one thing I am certain of is this; we have lost sight of what it means to love our fellow man. God is love, and thus the perfect example of how to love. I created this blog because I have not lost sight of love. I only mean to challenge those who feel that there is something more to discover. If you haven't figured it all out then we are just alike and you are in the right place. Still searching! If you do have all the answers then I'm afraid we have nothing to learn from one another, and my blog is not quite what you're looking for. I'm here to challenge you to look beyond the surface. I hope that when you visit this site you will be inspired to think outside of the box; that you won't just accept anything that the world throws in your direction. Well at least not until you've asked a few questions first. I have a family and protecting/educating them is my top priority. The world is a big and sometimes frightening place, but I know that I was not given a spirit of fear. Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. I will often explore the taboo and controversial so that you, my friend, might have a shot at hearing about what your schools, governments, and media won't tell you. What they do like to tell you is a bunch lies and useless information that has no substance or value to you. It is up to you to decide what you want to believe. I am only here to challenge you to seek out the truth in a world where deception is at every turn. As cliche as it might sound, "what you don't know may very well hurt you." If I didn't love you I wouldn't dare waste time writing this letter from me to you. Those behind the New Age agenda (and NWO) are very well aware that an educated, well informed public is their biggest threat. Keeping you dumbed-down so that you remain controllable is the only way to succeed with their evil plans. Surely, Jesus wouldn't and DOESN'T stand for the atrocities being committed by those in high places. Atrocities being committed against the people! I urge you to take a stand for truth and take back what is being taken from you right under your nose; your freedom. Wake up good people! As always, Truth is Freedom, Knowledge is power.

I am starting to hate Technology

Technology has a lot more to with why things are so screwed up than what I originally thought. I'm not going to dive off of the deep end just yet. Lets look at a few basic examples. The music business was once a thriving and successful industry. With the introduction of down loadable free ware such as kaaza lime wire and similar software, people discovered that it was much easier to download the music for free verses paying 20 bucks for a new album. Result? Artists having music leaked and dramatic loss of sales. Cell phones were the hottest thing when they first appeared. Originally a luxury item of the rich, it gradually became affordable for the average Joe. Now you'd be hard pressed to find even the homeless without one. My biggest annoyance is that so many people have become self-important because nothing else matters except their stupid phone. How many times have you been in line at the grocery store only to hear some jerks conversation because he's just so important that he can't wait to leave the store before having a full blown discussion? You do go the grocery store to buy groceries and not blab on the phone right? Not in our society.  What about the time when a phone was JUST a phone? Now they might as well be computers. Before long there will be no more computers because cell phones will have entire processors crammed into a handheld device. Oh wait, its already happening. Just look at the iPhone for example. Why buy a laptop like people did before, when you have millions of apps on your iPhone. Why buy a camera like people used to when you have a 50 mega pixel lens in your iPhone? How many companies and products will vanish at the mercy of the "mighty" iPhone? What happened to the days when you actually had to visit people to have a conversation and spend time together? Now folks go online and post a few tweets on twitter or a few pics on face book and walla! No need to visit one another...Social networking will be the death of us all (cynicism). People no longer care about PEOPLE. All they care about now is their stupid text messages and applications. I'm not even going to get into how much nonsense is involved with social networking. Lets not forget to mention the access to your children by molesters and child predators thanks to none other than Facebook, Myspace, Craigslist and...well you get the picture. Besides that, why do people need to know when you're digging your nose, or taking a piss, or drinking a cup of coffee anyway? This is how I feel people. If you don't have something relevant or insightful to say or something that's actually going to benefit others, then shut up! Excuse my french. That's the problem with technology; it opens a few good doors and a LOT of bad ones. Free speech is a privilege, not a necessity and some need to learn that just because you "can" say something doesn't mean that you should. I could go on about why I am starting to hate technology but I'm not for your sake and mine. It just feels good to vent sometimes. As always, Truth is Freedom, Knowledge is power.

Taxes!


Greetings ladies and gents,
A matter of great controversy has come to the forefront of pressing issues that I have spent much time debating. Taxes! Yes the dreadful word that we all love to hear. Hang on. Before you go assuming that I am a tax-basher
and completely anti-government, just know that I am neither. I am for having a government. I'm certain that total chaos (worse than already is) would exist without one. I am, however, in opposition to tyrannical leadership, absurd policies, and a government that feels its own interests are superior to that of the people. Taxes, yes, taxes. I am not opposed to paying taxes, for even the good Lord Jesus payed taxes when due. I am, however, against paying money towards unknown causes, and more-so to villainous causes. So you don't care or its none of your business what the uncle sam does with tax money? Wrong! Such thoughts are folly. You're going to tell me that after slaving many hours to earn the pay you make, that you don't care what is being done with your hard earned money (that you are forced to pay). You couldn't pay me to believe that! Well then, why are we taxed on just about everything under the sun and so few question it? In fact, Big brother is even considering taxing the air that we breathe, if it hasn't already taken place. Ludicrous right? As I stated before, paying taxes is not my gripe here. It is what our tax money is being used for that concerns me. So how would you feel to find out that your hard earned bucks could very well be funding terrorist activities, wars, poisonous vaccines, ungodly stem cell and cloning research, tools of devastation (HAARP), or simply fattening the pockets of the already super wealthy. The list goes on and on. Disgusting as it is, these are far more than speculation. Do your research good people. This abuse must stop! Americans work far too hard to be left with so little at the end of the day, and even far worse to have their money used directly for the bloodshed and dehumanizing of others. This is my gripe with taxes! Think about all the paychecks you have ever gotten. Now think about all of the taxes that YOU have paid. Now, think about how much you could have done with that stolen money ( I consider it thievery). I would even submit to the government demanding  that a direct portion of income be paid to charities (or something likewise) verses paying taxes to be used for unspeakable purposes. I ask that you take the time and think about just what is being done with your tax dollars and if it is actually benefiting you in some fashion. As always, Truth is freedom, Knowledge is Power.
Today the clouds loom above, imposing, dark and gloomy. The morning air is brisk. It felt good against my bare skin as I walked to the dirt patch in my back yard to check on the water jug BB gun target I had set up the previous morning. Accuracy was terrible. Out of a 22 round clip I only managed to hit the damned jug once at 20 yards. Today I will try a different pistol; Smith &Wesson. Upon my return back into my home I noticed a pile of microscopic bugs moving and squirming about right over the back door entry way. Disgusting. My skin crawled at once. I resolved the matter with a few firm slaps from my big blue flip flop. Now as the oven preheats for the awaiting french toast sticks, I wonder what is this world coming to? Five years ago you could never have convinced me that my country would suck as much it does today (no matter how great you people think Americans have it; life here is far from perfect) or that I would be in the predicament that I am. Here I sit nearly 24 years old, unemployed and a seemingly permanent stay at home dad. Day in and day out applying for jobs with employers too swamped to ever reach my resume sitting at the bottom of their gargantuan piles. What about all the experience I have? What about my neat and crisp resume? What about the college education and accomplishments? My professional demeanor and work ethic? Doesn't any of it count for a damn thing? Well not anymore apparently. Two years ago I would have had no problem at all landing a job. Now any of us are hard pressed to even hear from an employer. Temp agencies, word of mouth networking, prayer, daily applications and still NOTHING! What about all the so called economic stimulus plans that didn't do a damned thing to help the American people but gave plenty of hand outs to big fortune 500 companies. Just ask their bloody CEO's. Too bad I'm not the only one struggling. Financial hardships appear to have affected just about every one that I know and plenty of people I don't know. Humbling as it is, the situation lets me know that the crisis is far larger than the individual. This is a national issue and soon to become a worldwide one if something doesn't change. Obama was right about one thing; we do need change. But we don't need any of the change that he's brought us. What Mr. President sold us was a speech with a lot of enticing words, and a damned good one. But what now? Where do we turn from here. Climbing underemployment is just one fish in a sea of dilemmas for him to tackle. It must be hard to fill those boots. Good luck Mr. President.

Great Birds

 Great birds high above, their wings sparkle mighty and strong. 
The birds move with mighty roars thundering through the clouds.
The lines they leave in their paths behind, only serve to remind
those who are not blind that something sinister floats up high.
Are cigarettes the only danger to your lungs? 
Maybe you should look above to find your cancer. 
The birds shoot across the earth, dashing without care. 
I wonder what they leave behind to remain mixed in our air.
Look when you have time to glance and hold your head up high. 
Do you see the signs of these great birds left for you and I?

   Let's talk about your poisoned skies. I recommend reading "Our Poisoned Sky" by Edward F. Dolan for an interesting view on the pollution that reigns down from above. Chemtrails are one of the reasons our skies are poisoned. Arguably one of the biggest NWO Agendas is population control. They have many methods by which to attain this but one particularly sneaky way is to use our air against us. A big perpetrator is airplanes. Ever noticed how those slinky white cloud trails tend to hang around days, weeks,and even months after the planes fly by? The chem-trail conspiracy theory holds that some contrails are actually chemicals or biological deliberately sprayed at high altitudes for a purpose undisclosed to the general public. This is being done intentionally good people. If not, then how come our government has consistently failed to respond to thousands of complaints from those seeking the truth? One of the effects of despicable act is acid rain. What is acid rain? Acid rain is the generic name for rain laden with a greater acidic content than normal. It also applies to all other forms of precipitation-snow, sleet, hail, and fog with abnormally high acid content. Sounds great for your skin right? What about respiratory illnesses and related health problems. As if smog and greenhouse gases aren't enough to deal with. Supposedly some of the agents identified in the deadly clouds have been barium,aluminum salts, polymer fibers,thorium, or silicon carbide.Sounds tasty right? Go ahead, use airplanes to further poison the masses. My thing is this...I don't know what the government is doing or why, but don't you feel that we deserve a clear explanation as to what is going on with our skies and the air we breathe daily?Don't take my word for it. Get out there and do your own research and I promise you'll be shocked at what you find.Why should you care? Well u don't have to, but remember its your air too.
